Grind all prepared ingredients except spices and those that will be used to decorate the dish in a blender. Season with spices. When serving, garnish with sunflower sprouts or parsley leaves.

For the bottom layer you will need: 100 grams of walnuts, the same amount of almonds, 100 grams of dates, 2 pinches of sea salt. For the top layer: 100 grams of pecans, 70 grams of cashews, 1 cup of dates, ¼ cup of coconut oil and the same amount of drinking water. From spices 1 tsp. cinnamon, half tsp. nutmeg, contents of a vanilla pod, 2 pinches of sea salt. Plus the juice of 1/3 of a lemon and 20 pecans for garnish.

To prepare the top layer, cashew nuts must be soaked. This will take at least 2 or 3 hours. It is also better to soak the dates, otherwise they will not mix well. Soaking time is also 2 – 3 hours. Grind the pecans to flour and place in a bowl.

We wash the cashews and drain the water. Using a blender, mix cashews and ¼ cup water. The consistency should resemble cream. Add lemon juice, dates, coconut oil here. Mix again. Observe the contents of the blender and add water if necessary. But don’t overdo it, the mass should be dense. Then add ground pecans, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Salt and mix.

Finely chop the dates for the bottom layer. Grind walnuts and almonds until crumbly. Mix dates and nuts, adding salt. Spread the mixture onto the bottom of the pan in an even layer.

Carefully cover the bottom layer with the top one. Decorate with pecans and freeze for 3 or 4 hours. Before serving, about 30 minutes before serving, the pie should be moved from the freezer to the refrigerator.

Pizza “100% good”

Break the cauliflower into florets and puree in a food processor. Separately, first chop the pine nuts, garlic, basil, and ground flax seeds. And then add sun-dried tomatoes and spices. Combine all ingredients and stir. If the dough falls apart a little, add flour. Make small circles with a diameter of 12-15 cm from the mixture. Pierce each flatbread with a fork. Place in a dehydrator and leave for 4-5 hours. Watch and turn the cake over if one side is more dry.

Tomato sauce : 2 medium tomatoes, 80 grams soaked sun-dried, 1 teaspoon each oregano and maple syrup, a pinch of Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper

Before you start cooking, you need to germinate the buckwheat: add spring water and leave for a couple of hours. Then we drain the water and rinse the grains to remove the specific coating. Pour a thin layer into a plate, cover with gauze and wait exactly 24 hours. The next day, small sprouts should appear, no more than 1 mm.

Rinse again. You can cook delicious dishes from cereals.
Where to start making our cheese?

Ingredients:

Green buckwheat 100 g;

Almonds 150 g;

Lemon juice 2 tablespoons;

Sea salt to taste;

Nutmeg half a teaspoon;

Raw water 100 ml.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Soak almonds for 5 hours in cold water. Then wash the nuts and remove the skins.
  2. Place buckwheat sprouts and almonds in a blender and grind. As soon as the mixture becomes viscous and begins to stick to the walls of the blender, add water. Mix again until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Fold the gauze in thirds, put the cheese mixture into it, squeeze out the liquid, but not dry (otherwise the finished cheese will crumble).

LENTIL SALAD WITH EGGPLANT

Required:

2 carrots;

1 medium-sized eggplant;

Tomatoes 3 pcs;

Lentil sprouts 100 g;

Celery root;

100 g walnuts;

A couple of cloves of garlic;

A little greenery.

This is a great raw food recipe using raw eggplant. Add lentils and vegetables and get a valuable and nutritious salad. Eggplants first need to be prepared - to remove the harmful substance solanine from them. Cut the eggplants into cubes, put them in a bowl, and add a spoonful of salt. Leave for 2 hours. BANANA CAKE

Let's take:

For the cakes: 800 g dates, 400 g figs, 500 g raisins, 100 g sesame seeds, 10 g cinnamon, flaxseed flour (a little).

For the layer: 800 g bananas, half an orange, 150 g cashew nuts, a piece of ginger root, a bunch of fresh mint and basil.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Soak dried fruits in spring water for 5 hours, then pass through a meat grinder. Grind sesame seeds in a coffee grinder. We connect everything.
  2. Grind the cinnamon in a coffee grinder and add to the mixture. Knead into a soft dough. If there is a lot of water, add a small amount of flaxseed flour.
  3. Then place the mixture in a blender and bring until smooth.
  4. Cashew nuts are also pre-soaked in water for several hours. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
  5. Place cashews in a blender, add a little water, and make a homogeneous mass. Then add mint, basil, ginger, orange juice. Peel the bananas and cut into thin rounds.
  6. We form the cake as usual: we make cakes from a mixture 2 cm thick, put banana slices between them and pour over the layer. Decorate the top with banana slices and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

CANDIES "RAFAELLO"
Ingredients:

100 g walnuts;

50 g pine nuts;

100 g almonds;

100 g coconut flakes.

Throw bananas, pine nuts, walnuts, and almonds into the blender. Leave a few almonds for the filling. Roll out the mixture into small balls, put an almond inside each, and roll in coconut flakes. What will be required:

VINEGRETTE FROM ZEALAND
Ingredients:

Broccoli 400 g;

Beetroot 1 piece;

3 tomatoes;

3 carrots;

Onion 100 g;

Olive oil 1 spoon;

Lemon juice to taste;

Soy sauce made in Japan;

Seasoning Korean carrots.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Separate broccoli into florets and place in a deep dish;
  2. Grate the carrots and beets on a coarse grater;
  3. Cut onions into circles;
  4. Cut the tomatoes into cubes;

Zucchini pasta

Many of us love pasta. If you are one of those lovers, then you can prepare it from zucchini - it is both incredibly tasty and quite in accordance with all rules raw food diet. And you will need the following:

  • large zucchini fruit;
  • avocado;
  • two cucumbers;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the zucchini into thin strips using a special knife - this will be our pasta. Grind the avocados and cucumbers, previously peeled, in a blender to obtain the consistency of the sauce. Vegetable cutlets

  • chopped onions in the amount of six tablespoons;

  • three tablespoons of ground flaxseed;
  • two tablespoons of chopped parsley;
  • a tablespoon of crushed sunflower seeds;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

Prepare all ingredients besides spices and mix well. Add spices, stir again. Now make small cutlets from the mixture and leave them to dry. After the required time has passed, you can safely have lunch.

  • half raw beets;
  • 2-3 leaves of Chinese cabbage;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • half a red bell pepper;
  • half an avocado;
  • half a lemon;
  • a bunch of arugula and a bunch of spinach;
  • a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar;
  • 3-4 turns of the French herb mill.

Grate the beets using a grater designed for Korean carrots. Place in a salad bowl. Add lemon juice, a spoonful of vinegar and a squeezed clove of garlic. Mix everything and leave the beets to marinate for 20 minutes. Chop the remaining ingredients. Add them with the infused beets, sprinkle with herbs and mix everything. Fruit salad with pineapple

Fruit salad is a great option if you want something sweet. Pineapples have an incredible aroma, and other components allow it to reveal itself even better. A wonderful option for breakfast. So, the following components will be needed:

  • 3-4 strawberries;
  • chalk to taste.
