Tincture No. 1 - with alcohol

It includes only 2 components:

  • 350 g peeled and crushed garlic;
  • 300 ml of alcohol or strong moonshine.

The preparation method is as follows: crushed garlic is poured into a bottle, filled with alcohol, and the container is closed with a lid. We put the bottle in a dark place, after 10 days we strain it using a strainer. Pour the purified liquid back into the container and put it away for another 3 days to drain. After this you can use it.

The garlic tincture is drunk as follows: 20 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner, add a certain number of drops to 50 ml of chilled milk.

Please pay attention to the dosage plan:

  • Until dinner, on the 5th day of using the infusion according to the Tibetan recipe, the number of drops should be increased by 1. That is, on the first day before breakfast we drop 1 drop, at lunch already 2, before dinner we drink 3. The next day, 4 should be drunk in succession, 5 and 6 drops, as a result, at the end of the 5th day, the total number of drops in 50 ml of milk should reach 15.
  • Starting from the 6th day, we reduce the drops by 1. If used correctly before dinner, on the 10th day there will be only 1 drop in the milk.
  • On day 11, the maximum dose of alcohol tincture should enter the body; 25 drops should be drunk with the usual amount of milk before each meal.
  • Have you finished the first round of reception? Immediately start another one and continue as described above until the healing liquid runs out.

As with the royal infusion, the garlic recipe can only be used once every 6 years. During the course, it is necessary to completely exclude alcohol, since the tincture is already alcohol-based. It is also undesirable to smoke; cigarettes will reduce the effectiveness of the ancient rejuvenating infusion.

Using an ancient Tibetan recipe to prolong youth and longevity is not recommended for the following categories of people:

  • children;
  • pregnant and lactating women;
  • epileptics with frequent seizures.

Recipe No. 2 - with lemon and honey

During the period of vitamin deficiency, it is vital to boost immunity. Some people do not get sick at all and they have their own special secrets for maintaining health and strengthening the body. One of the leaders in the content of vitamin C and other immunomodulatory substances is lemon; even regular black tea with a slice of citrus helps to warm up and support the body.

What if you combine it with garlic? The result will be a real vitamin bomb, guaranteeing life extension by providing internal organs with the necessary microelements and stimulating the body’s resistance to all sorts of infectious diseases. And if you add honey there, the body will be completely delighted.

We take 10 lemons, it is advisable to choose fresh ones with thin peel, they have more juice and healthy vitamins. We do not peel the citruses, but grind them whole in a meat grinder or blender. We also send 10 peeled heads of garlic there. The resulting mixture is poured with natural honey, transferred to a glass sealable container and placed in the refrigerator. You need to take a teaspoon half an hour before each meal. If you don’t like garlic, you can twist lemon and ginger root; this mixture is delicious to use with tea.

There are no special restrictions on intake; once you have finished eating, you can make another portion a week later according to the same recipe. It is not recommended for pregnant women and people with exacerbations of gastrointestinal diseases to get carried away with garlic-lemon paste, since the vegetable greatly irritates the mucous membranes.

Tibetan recipes for prolonging life are available to any European. It’s not difficult to prepare them, and if you follow the rules of use and carefully read the contraindications, there will be a lot of benefits, no harm.
